So you are thinking about investing in a Hand designed custom tumbler? Yes, each one is custom designed from start to finish by me. Each cup is a process and can take up to 2 weeks to make. Our cups are made with HIGH Quality glitter (not your craft store glitter)! We use an FDA approved Epoxy.  Each tumbler is handmade and may have some small imperfections, Ie small bumps or rouge glitter. This is unavoidable and add to the uniqueness of the cup. 

 

A LOT of time and creativity goes into EACH cup. Epoxy has to cure in between each layer and there are quite a few layers. So be patient!!  

The cups are 

• Made from 304 kitchen grade stainless steel
• Copper inner lining to keep hot or cold longer
• Double walled
• Lids are BPA free

• Unfortunately there are NO Refunds or exchanges. Each cup is handmade and custom designed. IF you receive your cup damaged by the postal service. Please reach out to me so we can file a claim. I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Your package will come with insurance. 

  It is up to you take care of your cup. We are not responsible for damage done to your tumbler. 

   

  All cups are shipped Us Priority 

  this can take up to 3 days. However due to the current state we are in shipping can take even longer. It is out of my control once it leaves my hands. 

  Turn around time will be displayed on the main page of our website. So please take note before ordering. You will receive an email once your package has shipping along with a tracking number. Please do not email asking when will cup ship.
